Visits to the restored wind pump were possible this weekend 18-19 September in Sorigny.

Box Twinning Committee Meeting 14/09/2021

Four items:

1. Box would like to have a Zoom meeting during the events of November (the 5th in England [Guy Fawkes] and the 11th [Remembrance].
2. The Committee would like very much to have visitors from Sorigny in Box during May 2022.
3. The Committee has a search project using the Sorigny list of Associations to have more ‘Twinning links’ like the one established: les 10 Doigts / Box Art Group and it thanks us for our assistance.
4. The Committee is in the process of considering the possibilities of exchanging houses to increase our contacts and friendships.

Sorigny Comité de Jumelage (CDJ) 19/09/2021

1. The AGM covered a review of its activities since 2019 and the difficulties it faced during the Covid-19 pandemic.
2. For the members and supporters present the Board, the Chairman, described the changes in the Board and led the nominations and voting for the renewed Committee 2021-2022. (The results will be reported when the minutes of the meeting are completed & approved.
3. The Committee expressed its approval of the ideas of the Box Committee and confirmed its intention to follow the initiatives.
